The Unemployment Era
A particularly joyful moment as I planned to do something bold.
After a quick trip to the Boston area, I came home to find that my friends who fed my cats also stocked my kitchen. It was an appreciated and almost tearful moment.
As always, the field roast burgers from the Whole Foods deli were exceptional, though now increasingly rare to find fresh.
Probably shared a green fish with an ex. Set in Optima for some reason.
Was on a strict budget, so entertainment had to be gleamed from sources like office supplies and walking to get ice coffee on College Avenue.
Was unemployed for a few months after getting laid off from Ask Jeeves in 2000. Another era then followed in 2002 which began a series of mellow but low-paying jobs.
