Leopard’s Mosaic Screensaver

Since SuperDuper! is now Leopard compatible, I finally took the OS upgrade plunge. Now, I think my favorite new game to play is the “guess the picture” as it is being generated from other, smaller pictures in the mosaic screen saver.

Thanks to alert IM buddy Young, I am downloading Google Earth onto my virgin machine. GOOGLE STARS! Not since Stellarium have I been so nerdly excited about watching the sky from my computer. Nice overview here.

I don’t know why I never took the time to really learn how to use Google Earth to its fullest potential. Sure, I’ll click around and zoom in, but I always get confounded by the features. That’s no behavior for a newly turned 34 year old.
