The move is complete, or: never move

This is an entry about Change with 4 comments

Being married to a hairstylist allows me to easily observe situations like this:

Heads in the trash

Out with the Old

I am proud to report that we have successfully relocated five miles down the road. We blew the cupboard doors open in our blasting off process. Goodbye misused space.

Old kitchen
Old office that should have been a dining room
Boxes and boxes
Print Gocco Box

In with the new

New living room/massive tv

Door

Same boxes, different place

In conclusion: moving is about transporting lots of boxes. Don’t do it. Stay where you are. That is an awful motto for life. Ok: Move all the time. Pack lightly. Don’t keep stuff.

one thing i hate hate hate is moving. luckily the last time i only had to move one flight up. no motor vehicles needed. also, nice free tibet sticker.

I think I’m living proof that living lightly works.

Or at least I like to think so. I do occasionally miss my comic books and my ridiculously-expensive-to-replace collection of design books.

Joshua: You are living proof of a lot of awesome things: handsome, smart…hero. *internet hug*
