Dirty on Purpose & Herbivore Trip #2

I don’t know how I first heard of Dirty on Purpose. Maybe the two A’s of new music: AJ or Audry [sic] supplied me with the tip. It’s uncertain to know how long this artist had to suffer in the horrible realm between disregard and indifference before they moved over into the mighty…Song of the Week.
“Mind Blindness” sounds like:
- If Asobi Seksu had more songs that sounded like “Thursday”
- If Mew wrote songs I wanted to listen to more than once
It was an excellent song to listen to on repeat while waiting for Nicole last night in front of Herbivore, before my friends Irish Whiskey and Fake Chicken arrived.
Update

Singing drummer?! Just another precious element in an appropriately cute video.
p.s. I like that dress.

Is that two Herbivore trips in three days? So not so mediocre and salty? Is it worth a trip? Joel lost a bet (that they would ever even open) and owes me a meal there.

I wish you and brendan murphy would just get a room with all of your Asobi Seksu talk.

i love dirty on purpose. their songs are so intricate, and mind blindness just takes me to a dreamland.
